The present document is a tutorial meant to explaining how to pick and choose the relevant elements in the writing of your report.

Dr Jocelyne Pauchard developed a new section (# XVI) that was originally part of theme 7, “Administrative Warfare”, in JPQ's. As its length developed, Dr Pauchard decided to produce a separate questionnaire under the following name “Questionnaire # 2, Section XVI, Administrative Warfare, Operation and Methods (AWOM)”.

This PDF is a tool to help victims of network Harassment to understand what is going on, "How things are working" (in their specific case), and eventually to prepare interviews with professionnals (lawyers, psychologues, and so on)

Dr Pauchard is not a lawyer and those documets are not meant to replace any legal advice (consult a professional if needed). They are meant to assist victims of harassment in the preparation of a report to better understand their own story, but it can also be used to prepare for interviews with a professional (be it a lawyer, an MD, a psychologue or a social worker), for it is a guide for the recollection of factuals elements and for their organization in a chronological and meaninful way.

Dr. Jocelyne Pauchard makes these tools available free of charge for the benefit of the victims of organized stalking, for it is a fact that the economic resources of targeted individuals are the first things under attack by those white collars criminals. However users who can afford it should pay a fair price for it.

Here is how to evaluate things. If you have to choose between basic food and paying for these documents, then you are plainly entitled to take it for free. On the other hand, if you have to choose between going to the movies, buying a new netflix series, going to Starbuck's or MacDonald's (or anything like that) and buying this product, then you should pay a fait price for these documents and opt for a cheaper way to get your coffee or whatever else is at stake here. We leave it to your own conscience... Now if you have to choose between candy or something sweet to your kids and paying for this, you shou;d keep your money for your kids.
